The Agile Coach Stimulation Program spans 15 weeks, with weekly sessions lasting 1 hour each. These sessions are scheduled every Weekly aims to cover a range of topics including:
- Understanding key Agile methodologies and frameworks. Comparing and contrasting the roles of a Scrum Master and an Agile Coach.
- Exploring the day-to-day responsibilities of an Agile Coach across team, program, and enterprise levels.
- In-depth analysis of Agile coaching and the specific role of an Agile Coach. Developing skills to exemplify Lean- Agile practices.
- Creating and implementing change frameworks as an effective change agent.
- Enhancing abilities in teaching, mentoring, and facilitating organizational change.
- Functioning as both a team and individual coach in an Agile context.
- Strategies for Agile implementation and fostering a culture of continuous change agents.
