Introduction
Understand the role of the ScrumMaster® in your SAFe enterprise and prepare for the SAFe® Scrum Master certification exam in this 2-day classroom training. This course prepares you to successfully plan and execute the Program Increment (PI), a key alignment of any SAFe organization.
POPM training covers a set of processes, mechanisms, and tools used to manage programs and resolve backlogs. It becomes an integral part of the product development process and helps you become an expert who can drive your business goals through the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
There are no prerequisites to attend this course. Prior work experience in a SAFe environment is recommended. Prior experience with Lean, Agile, or other relevant certifications is recommended.
