Introduction

Earn the prestigious Certified Scrum Master® certification to advance your career. TAAA University’s 2-day CSM training course will help you prepare for the Scrum Master certification. It is a comprehensive, instructor-led Scrum master certification course that introduces you to all major Scrum framework concepts required for Agile Project Management. As a Certified Scrum Master, you will be recognized as a member of an elite group involved with the Scrum Alliance. Scrum Alliance members are expected to be Scrum experts, guiding project teams to success.

Course Overview

This CSM certification course is designed to improve your understanding of Scrum methodologies and how to implement them. It assists you in becoming a Certified Scrum Master®, a designation granted by Scrum Alliance to practitioners who have completed a CSM certification course and demonstrated their understanding by passing the exam. This course will help participants develop a deep understanding of servant leadership, allowing them to act as a Scrum Master. It teaches you how to lead a team, understand your roles as a Scrum Master, resolve conflicts, and improve scrum efficiency. Completing a Certified Scrum Master course is the first step toward better understanding Scrum and Agile frameworks. Experience and ongoing education are required to truly master Scrum. CSMs are also encouraged to participate in the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) training to demonstrate a deep understanding and experience with Scrum.

Pre-requisites

There are no prerequisites for taking this course. Our experienced CSTs deliver training in such a way that is suitable for both novice and experienced professionals

Basic knowledge of Scrum in a real-world context is helpful, though not mandatory. The two -day Agile and Scrum Foundation training serves as a good primer.
