This SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certification course introduces you to Scaled Agile Framework Enterprise concepts to help you plan and execute your program increments. This course covers the key components of agile development at scale, executing iteration plans, and building high performing agile teams
There are no prerequisites for taking this course. Familiarity with Agile concepts and principles, Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and a working knowledge of software and hardware development processes are an advantage, but are not required. Work experience in a Lean Agile environment is a prerequisite for taking the exam – The two -day Agile and Scrum Foundation training serves as a good primer.
